we got a room with a walk-in shower. location: the hotel was so close to the lovely garden and the many scattered terraces around gargonza, a lovely historical castle and lush forests.

The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is large, climate control is great, and there's a small kitchen in the room, making it convenient.

Convenient Location: This place is situated in a great spot, close to popular towns like Arezzo and Siena. You can easily explore the beautiful surroundings and check out all the cool terraces nearby. 🏞️

The surroundings of Siena offered the richest variety of biking routes, from picturesque countryside paths to rolling hills that provided a thrilling challenge. It was a fantastic way for our family to bond and create lasting memories in such a beautiful and tranquil setting.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, allowing us early access to our room and being flexible with check-out times. The room itself was impeccably clean and had a cozy fireplace. The manager even recommended an amazing vineyard for a memorable wine tasting experience. The hotel restaurant served delicious dinner and the breakfast spread was the best we had in Italy. I highly recommend this hotel for its romantic ambiance, excellent service, and great value for money.

Absolutely stunning location with charming rooms and beautiful gardens. the breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety and a great barista. the pool is large and clean, with a lovely bath house, and surrounded by charming spots to relax.

The hills and rough stones can be a little tricky to navigate for those with mobility issues. the pool was a little colder than we preferred.

I chose this hotel for attending to a summit and it provided the perfect setting for a productive and relaxing stay. The staff was accommodating and helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, providing a peaceful atmosphere for work and rest. The hotel's amenities, such as the pool and communal areas, enhanced the overall experience, allowing me to unwind after a long day.

The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated business center or meeting room. While the hotel had plenty of space for informal meetings, having a designated area for work-related activities would have been beneficial.
